why is audio playing from both "s23 Ultra" speaker and my connected bluetooth device?

I want/expect sound to come from one or the other, but not both simultaneously. 

My bluetooth device is Jabra Hearing Aids Enhance Pro.

Possibly the Sound setting "Separate app sound"and found in Settings>Sounds and vibration>Separate app sound.

At least it is this way in my S24 Ultra.
