Most likely not. Samsung has a partnership with Spotify, which is why their music service is included. IMO, one should be able to add their own playlist of downloaded music, too.
What you can do, however, is create a wakeup routine to start at a specific time to open your preferred service and playlist and use that as your alarm. In the example below, substitute Deezer fot YouTube.
