Since updating to One UI 6.1.1, I've been experiencing consistent issues with audio clarity at all volume levels, including distortion and crackling sounds. I’ve tested multiple types of headphones, and the issue remains. I also tried these headphones on an S21 Ultra running the same One UI 6.1.1 version, and the same problem occurs.

I even performed a reset on the S21 Ultra, but the issue persists. However, when I tested the same headphones on Windows and other PCs, they worked perfectly, suggesting that this is likely a software-related issue with One UI 6.1.1.

Is anyone else experiencing similar audio defects?

Put in an error report with Samsung, so they will know how widespread the problem is, and they may be able to assist you in fixing it.

Thanks for the advice, done already a couple of days ago. They said it was a Disney+ issue, and they will get back once Disney will confirm such issue 😂

Please make your own post instead of posting in an unrelated thread. Go to the front page of the community app and click the big blue "new post" button, choose a category and write your post. That way the community members will be more likely to see it and give you a response, it will also help others who may be looking for the same solution. Posting in the middle of an unrelated post, is not going to help you or anyone else and it's rude and distracting to the original poster.

Samsung ruined the sound in 6.1.1. I've noticed the loss of clarity, bass, treble, and dynamic range. The speakers barely get loud enough and distort like crazy. Samsung is scamming us.
