I have a new S24 Ultra. It has found my Phonak hearing aids on my Phonak application and I can control the volume on my phone. But I can't access the hearing aids on a phone call and when I try to connect with the hearing aids the scan says it can't find them. How can I get them connected?
Are you controlling the volume of the phone through the hearing aid app? Have you actually paired your hearing aids through the BT connection--do they show up in your device list? If the hearing aids are properly paired with your phone, you should be able to use them for phone calls.
Last week my wife's Oticon hearing aids stopped working with BT on her Flip3.
They show as paired in app and phone but no audio/mic functions working on phone calls. They had been working fine for 7 months since purchase. We have tried all possible uninstall/reinstall, all other BT connections were unpaired and seller paired same type 2nd pair of aids to the phone with similar no audio/mic results. SS updates are current, anyone have other ideas as to what the problem may be?
