I have purchased a new galaxy S24 Ultra with Terabyte memory, when it was unboxed, what I found inside was a either a defective phone or a phone that is just bad all way round.

Other than to call and receive calls nothing else work properly.

Display is bad, camera very dull, cannot operate apps, not able to transfer data from old phone into the New S24 and many more problems.

I need to know what to do, whether to request a replacement or refund, and or how can I go about doing so.

I need a direction and what exactly to do to replace my New phone by Samsung.

If your device is defective and with in the return period I would suggest contacting support and see what they suggest in a getting a replacement

Well, you didn't tell us where you purchased it from.
From what you're saying, I can only believe you bought 1TB from fb market, then I'm sorry... you have got scammed.

RESET your device. Go to the settings and go to reset device. It should wipe out all settings on the device and possibly clear up any issues.
