Galaxy S24@BlackRob78 After connecting the cable, can you click Dex in the Quick panel to enable it?
Also, go to phone settings -> Connected devices -> Samsung Dex. Make sure the option "Auto start when HDMI is connected" is enabled.

Hey @BlackRob78!
If you have the ability to, I would try using a different cable if you haven't done that already. That might be able to help narrow down if is the phone or the cable. Also there is a possibility it could be an issue with your monitors HDMI port. I would try to do some trouble shooting and narrow down what specifically is the issue.
Then you can seek more specific help from there. Hope this helps!
