My state has been added to the list of digital ID drivers licenses but after the two steps of scanning the license, you are prompted to scan your face in 3 circles. This is where this goes sideways as the instructions say place the circles over tour face. #1 turns green instantly, so do I make 2 and 3 place on my face or do I move the camera around each time. As the instructions say to keep it at eye level, but then if I move it around and it started to fill in #2, but then timed out. The directions are hard to understand and there is no video to show you have to do this.
