I've bought a brand new dual usb type c adaptor for charging and headphones to be used simultaneously, along with a G8 Galileo controller with dual charging and headphone use, but they don't seem to work properly. For reference I have a samsung s24 ultra I'm having this issue with. I previously had an S20 ultra where this wasn't a problem to charge my phone and use earphones at the same time. Not sure how to fix this
I also had an issue with the dual usb-c not working between my new S23 and an S9. Compatibility should not be a problem between these two, even given the difference in the age of the phones.
