ESIM QR code to scan is blank

I recently purchased a new S24+. I skipped setting up a SIM in the initial menu, but when trying to set up an esim by transferring from my old Pixel 7 Pro, I am running into an issue where the QR code supposed to be displayed on the new phone is blank. The Pixel sees the connection message and opens the QR scanning menu as normal, but no QR code pops up on my S24. I have updated to the most recent Android version and restarted my phone, but the issue persists. My carrier is TMobile - not sure if that matters since this issue occurs before any ESim transfer occurs at all. Thank you!

I would go down to the nearest T-Mobile store and figure out what's going on usually they can just transfer the Esim there or just since it's the e Sim they can just remake it or what they might do is change you back to a physical Sim temporarily and then switch it back to Esim. I have Verizon and the couple issues I had with the esim they just went back to physical then changed it back to the esim
