Galaxy S24Hello @b13490905,
Thanks for reaching out. I can completely understand how frustrating it can be to not have your Mic not working on your device. May I ask you what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
I recommend trying these few troubleshooting steps if you haven't already.
- Use Samsung Members App: Open the app, go to Support > Phone diagnostics > Mic test to run tests on both microphones.
- Reset All Settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset all settings. This resets network, accessibility, and other settings but keeps your data.
- Check App Permissions: Go to Settings > Apps, select the problematic app, tap Permissions, and ensure Microphone access is allowed.
- Clear Cache/Data: In the same app settings, go to Storage, then Clear Cache, and try Clear Data (this logs you out).
- Test in Safe Mode: Boot into Safe Mode (hold Power Off) to see if a third-party app is the culprit
- Factory Reset: As a last resort, back up your data and perform a factory reset (Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset)

If none of the troubleshooting steps above helped, then it's recommended to have your device evaluated by a certified Technician at your nearest location. Follow this link here: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location
