Dear Samsung Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a performance issue I have been experiencing with my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra following the recent February security patch update.

Since the update, I have noticed a significant decline in my device's performance, including:

  • Slower app loading times
  • Frequent lagging and freezing during use
  • Reduced battery life
  • Overheating

These issues have severely impacted my user experience, and I am concerned about the overall functionality of my device.

I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Restarted the device
  2. Cleared the cache partition
  3. Updated all apps to the latest versions
  4. Uninstalled any problematic apps
  5. Performed a factory reset

Despite these efforts, the performance issues persist. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I can take or if a software patch is being developed to address these issues.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,

Kaushalendra Pandey

I suggest performing a Wipe Cache partition!
This might fix most of your problems. It is recommended to do this after every update.

Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.
