Galaxy Store Benefits Program Issues

So I signed up for VIP rewards yesterday. Today I go to the Galaxy Store and check my daily bonuses and spins so that I can add some tickets to the S26 Ultra drawing. Only to have an error and be told I was removed. 

The best answer i can get from an excruciating 3.5 hr phone toss between 7 Samsung departments only to be told well you'll just have to wait til next month. Anyone else ever experience this and how dis you fix it? I've erased the store data and cache only to get and enrollment window then an error. See below any help would be appreciated before I cancel the VIP rewards.

@oledawg Being a VIP rewards member has nothing to do with the Benefits tab in the Samsung Store. The Benefits tab was introduced in Mar 02, 26. You can find the notice in Samsung Store -> Menu -> Notices.

The VIP comment was more out of regret with the atrocious support I've had with the other issue so far. Its like No-one at Samsung knows how to deal with it other than telling me to wait a month and try again.

@oledawg The VIP team has no information because this has nothing to do with the benefits that they provide. Can't really blame them for that. Like asking your plumber for help with a body rash.

I dont. They were however stop number 2 and 5 in my 8 department 3.5 hr call earlier. Im just hoping someone here can help as most support teams ive spoken with so far are foggy at best regarding the benefits issues in the store.

Sorry, but since this is only a user-to-user support community with no direct access to Samsung, you would need to keep trying the Support line or Chat Support.

I am also having issues.I only played yesterday the sweepstakes spin the wheel watch some videos to rack up points.Now, it says, I have to wait till next month.I don't get it

It's very frustrating, and on top of that I was in 3 drawings now I can't see who won nor do I know if my entries are still active.
