How can I change the response for the Text Call feature in the Samsung phone app?

I have search my Samsung Phone app setting and I found where I can charge the voice, different response and etc. However, I have not found away to change the answering message. Is there a way to do this? 

I was thinking while this might not be a setting option but maybe a plain text file somewhere?

I think they are referring to the feature that allows you to hit a button and the phone will answer saying that you are using text to communicate rather than answering the phone and it asks the reason for their call. I personally use this feature when it's a number I don't know, but the initial message it says is a little odd and it would be better if it could be programmed to something the user would normally say rather than a dry, boring answer that's way different than something the user would say.

Yes. When I use the Phone app (v 15.3.54) that came with my phone (Samsung S24+, icon has white phone, green background)), it has a option for call assist called Text Call. What it does is answer the call with a message:

"Hi. I'm using a voice assistant to convert your voice to text and respond to you. If you want to continue, please tell me why you're calling."

Then I can talk back-and-forth via me using text and and them voice. I am trying to change the initial answer.

change the custom greeting voice on a text call, typically you need to access your phone's settings, navigate to the "Text Call" or "Bixby Text Call" option (depending on your phone), and then select the "Voice" setting where you can choose a different voice from the available options, often including the ability to download new voices or even create a custom one using voice customization features.

I found that. I got the custom option, and two built in voices (one female and one male). I am looking to change the message it initially says when the call is answered.
