I think my phone may have a problem since everyone now has Samsung One UI 7 with Android 15, and I still have Samsung One UI 6.1 with Android 14. I remember receiving an update this month (December), but it wasn't One UI 7 yet. Since it's taking too long, I reached out to my carrier, T-Mobile, who redirected my call to Samsung for help. We tried holding both the power button and volume up button to wipe the cache partition and then try to manually update the phone, but we had the same result—the phone saying the software is up to date (which is not). They suggested I factory reset it, but I don't want to do that yet, thinking we may have another solution. Any help?

One UI7 is a beta and only some were able to get it. The full version for everyone will come in 2025

Everyone does not have OneUI7/Android 15. Only those who were accepted into the beta. There is nothing wrong with your phone.

One UI 7 is beta. Not everyone will have access even if you have the flagship phone S24. There's nothing wrong with your phone. On another note, I'm actually shocked they took that much time to help you figure it out.

Why on earth do you think everyone has it? It is still being tested. Your phone IS up to date.

So Samsung tried to Hard Reset your phone? Why didn't Samsung Support know this was the beta version and not available to everyone? They should be fired.

Perhaps the Samsung representative thought that the user was trying to install the beta after already being accepted into the beta.  Judging by the language in posts on this forum, people are not always exactly clear on what they are trying to do.
