Just wondering if there's a way to remove the tags/ toolbar from a screenshot after sliding up for image details and information, it makes the screenshot look unprofessional and unusable. You must capture the screenshot before the tags appear only having about a second to do so. Please raise this issue for us if not in progress.

@MRREEsE It sounds like you are taking a screenshot of a screenshot in the Gallery?

If you share the screenshot directly from the gallery, the date/time of the screenshot is part of the filename.

If I'm misunderstanding, please describe all the steps that you are following.

@MRREEsE To help you, you are going to have to clearly list out the steps you are taking.

For example:

  1. I am on the home screen (where are you? in the Gallery? where?)
  2. I take a screenshot
  3. Then I .... (what?)

Any photo or screenshot, when you slide up to view image details you'll see the photo tools tagged depending on how many options it can provide, typically remaster is always there but trying to find a way to remove that when taking a screenshot of the image details

@MRREEsE That's not possible. Just send the file to whoever needs it. The file contains all that information in the EXIF info.

Thanks, ok well we need to find a way to work on options for that scenario like we do with other things, I know the new firmware is coming, and I'll send an error report on it, just wondering if anyone had a workaround that I couldn't find
