Lock screen Notifications

Hello, I am using the S24 Ultra with One UI version 6.1. When I attempt to swipe away notifications on my lock screen, they stay on the screen. I am only able to remove them after unlocking my phone. Is there a fix to this issue? Thank you for your assistance.

Are you using NotiStar from the Good Lock App? If yes, tap open NotiStar (tap the three dots on the upper right side), tap settings, and check for the "unable to clear" setting. I will send a screenshot shot, BRB.

Thank you for your response. I used to use Good Lock, but I uninstalled everything related to that app.

You're welcome. You should go to settings > notifications, tap open >lock screen notifications, tap open, and reconfigure your lock screen notifications.
