Mobile hotspot connects to other devices but internet isn't available

I got my S24 in late November, the hotspot was working properly. then I had installed the newest software update when I got the notification. Since then, the mobile hotspot would turn on and fully connect to other devices but there's no internet available. I've reset network settings, rebooted the phone, and also called my carrier. Seems like there's no solution. 

can someone help me out? I'm at a loss

my issue is that I don't remember which version it was.
