My capture card not detecting issue

My obs studio isn't working for the capture card and i don't know what to do i have a Samsung galaxy s24 

I have a audio express both 2.0 and a 3.0 usb A capture card

I got the replacement but still don't work and plus the phone doesn't detect usb hdmi inputs

Update: i still cant get it to work
