Galaxy S24
Sometimes, when I'm in an app and turn off my phone, the navigation bar just disappears. I can't get out of the app and sometimes the screen just freezes. I have to restart the phone for it to work again. Anyone know any sort of fix or cause?

Galaxy S24For a Samsung Galaxy S24, you can try the following solutions to resolve the issue of the disappearing navigation bar and screen freezing. Had encountered similar issue as a QA at Finoit and was able to resolve it comfortably with the following:
1. Restart in Safe Mode
- Fix: Boot your Galaxy S24 in Safe Mode to determine if a third-party app is causing the problem.
- Turn off your phone.
- Hold the Power button until the Samsung logo appears.
- Once the logo appears, release the Power button and hold the Volume Down buttons
- "Safe Mode" will appear at the bottom left of the screen.
- Use the phone in Safe Mode for a while and see if the issue persists. If it doesnāt, then a third-party app may be the cause.
2. Reset System Settings
- Fix: Reset system settings related to navigation and the user interface.
- Go to Settings > General management.
- Tap Reset > Reset all settings.
- This wonāt erase your data but will reset system settings like Wi-Fi and permissions, which may help resolve UI glitches.
