Navigation bar disappeared, unable to add languages, cannot use apps while in a call

Hi,

It's been a week since I updated my Galaxy S24 Ultra, and since then, this high-end phone has been performing worse than my old Galaxy S9.

Here are the issues I'm experiencing:

1. The navigation bar has completely disappeared, even though all related settings are properly enabled.

2. I'm unable to add any languages other than English.

3. During phone calls, I can't access any other apps or functions on the device.

Steps I’ve already taken:

• Chatted and spoke with Samsung Support at least 10 times

• Cleared cache

• Used Safe Mode

• Shared my screen

• Reset all settings

• Restarted the phone multiple times

None of these steps has resolved the issues.

When will Samsung address and fix these problems? This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially from a premium device.

Which update did you get last week have you cleared the phone cache

UI 7, and yes 3 times

Hmm thought you would if got ui7 before than not Heyward of these issue before related with ui7 so not bit sure what to suggest besides submitting feedback or if it comes to it a factor reset

Sorry, factory reset is not going to work because it will be the same stupid UI7 update, and with the same and new glitches. 

I am sure I am not the only one with problems. Samsung messed up and needs to fix it.  I am about to switch to an iPhone by the end of this week.  Can not take this shenanigans anymore.  The worst part is that Samsung has not come to acknowledge all those complaints and say, at least we are working on it.  Lost trust in Samsung.

Not necessarily. A factory reset will most likely fix your issues. Sometimes when an update is applied, things get broken, won't go into detail as there's a lot of detail but im betting a full factory reset will fix. Your choice. 🖖🏻

You could just go nuclear and factory reset the device. Make sure you backup all your important data like photos and such.

It is the same UI 7 update with all those glitches, so a factory reset will do the same update with new glitches.   Samsung MUST FIX THIS.  Not everyone can do factory rest!

Yes, I totally agree. At the end of the day it's Samsung's issue, not ours. I was just giving you a recommendation for you to continue using your device.
