Galaxy S24Hey, I just want to get some help.
So I started noticing that Netflix controls does not disappear after tapping the screen which is weird because from my S23 Ultra it appears after right away.
I tried reinstalling but no luck.
Any help? Thanks.
Here is a sample video that I took so you can check it out.

Galaxy S24Try reaching out to Netflix to see if this is a known issue with the S24, or to see if they have an update to fix it. Samsung is not responsible for the app behavior of Netflix.

Galaxy S24It's strange that Netflix hasn't fixed the long-standing issue and I am facing this issue in s24 ulta.

Galaxy S24I am also facing the same issue on my S23+ after the update to 6.1. So I think it is a fault in the One UI rather than the phone itself.

Galaxy S24I just asked netflix support, they said this is not a known issue, so they will take a look with the info given to them. I explained and now they are working on it.

Galaxy S24did you fix it? try check your accessibility settings, there's might be some apps that cause this issue, try disable some (or 1 by 1 if you have any)
