In the midst of huge change in mobile users, it's clear Apple users are moving to Android. They are seeing all the amazing innovations that have been made, and have recognized the superior options amongst mobile devices. This is a time for Samsung to capitalize on a grand marketing opportunity.  Before, how apple got its large fan base was creating a recognizable, single device name IE (iphone,  ipod, ipad), the version of the device has never really been the outlier from a marketing standpoint. When a new one released, it has always been the "new one". I think Samsung should take over this trend, and finally boast it's crown as the greatest mobile company in the world.  No more S24,S25,S26.Drop it, and market "ULTRA, ZFOLD,ZFLIP, S, S PLUS". We all know what year it is. I think this will enrich the idea of choosing what model based on its attributes. It's not and s24, it's " my Samsung ultra". I hope someone reads this and considers this a great opportunity.

Naming should never lead to confusion. Eliminating the number scheme means that there's fewer ways for a user to know what they own and what is available to them when searching for accessories or services. If your naming idea is based around making anything less obvious, it is a bad idea. Period.

Here I was thinking the new iPhone was called the iPhone 16.  Guess I am living in an alternate reality...

I love how any thread that is not "Stop being like iPhone, Samsung!" turns out to be a "You need to be more like iPhone!"  Wish the fan base would make up it's mind...
