New S24 Plus overheats on bluetooth in the car

I have a brand new S24 Plus. When I get in the car and connect to bluetooth, the phone heats up rapidly to where it's obviously hot to the touch.

I hook it up to bluetooth pretty much only to listen to Apple Music through the car's audio system (not Android Auto).

I have tested the phone at home, connecting via bluetooth to my audio system and playing through Apple Music. No problems, no overheating.

EDIT: Now I have discovered that it also heats up when I'm using the phone. (And not only when I'm in the car.)

Any ideas? Do I maybe have a faulty unit?

I am having the same problem but I am encountering this issue with android auto and using Google maps and YouTube music 

I got my phone checked and it reaches 39 degrees Celsius and I got told my the store manager in Werribee Victoria different people can feel the temperature differently and can't do anything and only can exchange the phone if they Find out if it reaches 50 degrees Celsius 🙃 .

I have put up a complaint to the samsung CEO office and now I need to return my phone to them to simulate the issue I am talking  about 

I will be sending it across and will demand my money back as I got the phone only 3 weeks ago and don't want to use the phone for the next 2 years with it heating up as I do drive a lot and I use android auto a lot too
