Not getting quick share notifications

I am not getting notified of quick share files sent to my Galaxy S24 plus. Therefore I am not able to accept the files to my phone. The notification no longer appears. I also noticed in quick share connectivity that notifications are not allowed and the allow notifications settings is greyed out. Please help!!!

Can you check yours please and let me know if they are also grayed out I have a feeling that yours might not be and that is a source of my problem

Never mind I just fix it. It had to deal with my Google Play services. I had to clear the data and then it worked. Thanks for your assistance anyway
