Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

I tried calling the Samsung store since I elected to have my phone sent there since shipments to my house have been hit or miss (mostly misses) and was on hold for 20 minutes before it went to a full voicemail. I waited a bit and tried calling again and after it just rang for 25 minutes with hold music I hung up.

I decided to drive the 40 minutes to the store and see what was going on. Gave one of the associates my name and order number and was told my order would be out in 10 minutes. After walking around for several minutes another associate (may have been a manager) walked up to tell me that they had not received any of the 1TB phones yet and I was one of twelve waiting for their order. I was informed that they were hoping for a shipment in the next couple of days and I would get an email when it was ready. I told them how I had tried multiple times to call and had not received any updates since the 19th and I was told that since I ordered online that corporate was responsible for notifications, had I ordered from the store they would have kept me updated.

I asked about the rest of my order (charges, case and screen protector) and stressed I would like to not make multiple trips for each part of my order. I was told they had plenty of everything else on my order and not to worry.

I don't understand how a company as big as Samsung can't at least send out order updates, I get plenty of adds to buy all their other products. I also don't understand why they wouldn't start assembling my order as the pieces are available instead of just rolling the dice they wont sell out of any of the products.

- Estimated delivery date:  Jan 31 from preview page, February 14th from order status as of two days ago, today??? FEBRUARY 21ST with no courtesy automated email.  I honestly find it despicable that Samsung allowed us to "reserve" a unit even before preorders went live, just for them to say "oh... by the way... your reserved pre-order that you ordered 9 days early unit looks like it'll arrive MORE THAN 3 WEEKS POST LAUNCH, in the meantime, feel free to watch your friends walk into a carrier and walk out with a new S24U.  Customer Support?  Non-existent, zero sympathy.  With the knocks on screen color issues from people who received theirs as early as January 26th, people receiving extra phones in error, and the perception that Samsung couldn't care less about their smartphone customers dating back to the S4, "gEn Z iSnT lOyAl", I'm thinking of cancelling and purchasing a new OnePlus 12 with the above trade-in for $370.

- Estimated delivery date:  2/14 but it was originally 1/31. I did not even receive an email or anything letting me know. The only way I even saw it was because I was frequently checking my order on the Shop Samsung app. I really hope that 2/14 is under promising and over delivering, that will be insane if it wont be delivered for 2 weeks after the original delivery date.
