Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Hello my fellow galaxy member I'm on the zflip5 and my phone is eSim so I would say yes the s24 line up will be e sim ready

I used eSim on European vacation with my S22Ultra (unlocked version) with no issues at all.

I hope they never get rid of a physical SIM.  I like switching out my SIM between phones when I travel.

I used my S22 Ultra on Esim for 2 years with T-Mobile before I just upgraded to the S24 Ultra

When recording a video using a zoom on the S24 Ultra, the resulting video has a lot of warping or "Jello" effect. For example, take a look at this video and look at the windows, you will see that at 10X zoom, the windows warp a lot and at 20X it's even worse compared to the iPhone 15 Pro Max:

Here's another example (from a different source) showing how bad the S24 Ultra is compared to the S23 Ultra (look at all that warping around the legs):

That kind of issue ruins the zoom feature completely for videos since warping cannot be easily fixed in post-production! Is this normal in 2024 on a flagship phone to have this kind of issue? I am thinking about cancelling my order once it arrives at the door!

The S24 series will likely receive an update soon after launch.

It will then be possible to judge.

I don't like these YouTubers who do **bleep**ty tests on versions that haven't yet been released.

I know the S24s in the stores right now aren't updated yet as the galaxy app depending on location and store shows 35 to 70 updates are available.

I am not paying more than 1000$ for a phone that will "maybe" be fixed in 3 months via a patch! The phone needs to work well on day one, else I will put my money elsewhere! I only have 15 days to get a refund, not 3 months, so if it is not fixed when I receive it, I will vote with my money and pick a different manufacturer, easy as that! If Samsung releases a phone in this terrible state, I highly doubt that it will be fixed later when they will need to start to focus on the S25 Ultra...
