Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

I had an s23 ultra and I'm on the tmobile plan to upgrade every year and I upgraded to the S24 Ultra and I like it better than the s23 ultra. I had the S10 plus and this phone definitely is tons better to me vs S10 and S20 note. It's supposed to replace the note and I love the display on it

I have the new s24ultra. This is the phone I was eligible for because I had a note. I traded my s10note for this phone, but i have had several issues with it. I can't even pair my earphones. I should be able to connect. I did run out of space, but I removed a lot of videos to fix that. It seems like I have issues a lot. I don't get all of my calls and although I downloaded the update my screen doesn't always work when I tap it. I have the case and screen protector through tmobile and need a 3rd screen protector. It's only been a few months. Anyway, does anyone know how to pair headphones. They r wireless

@minlev I see you commented multiple times to this post, seeking help with a few issues. Did you ever receive the help you needed? This post that you asked your questions in is mainly for comments about the S24, rather than to seek help. I don't think ppl are looking in this post/subject very often these days.

If you still need help, the best thing to do in this Samsung Members community will be to make your own new post, instead of commenting in another post. That said, I'll try to help here if I can & if you need.

What is the brand and model of wireless headphones you have? B/c the steps can vary depending on that. The most generic way to pair headphones to a Samsung smartphone are:
1. On the headphones press and hold the Power button to turn on - but don't release. Look at the light that comes on - for most wireless headphones, if you keep holding the power button down, eventually the light starts flashing rapidly in a blue color.
2. On your S24, swipe down from the top to get the settings and tap the settings button (looks like a clock gear).
3. In the settings menu, tap "Connections." Then tap "Bluetooth."
4. Now you are in the wireless section, so tap and make sure Bluetooth is turned on. If the blue light on your headphones is still flashing fast it means it is dicvoverable: you should see a list of devices appear in this section and eventually the name of your headphones should appear for you to tap so the phone connects.

Does it cod money to get more space

Oops does it cost money. How much? I tried to order the phone b4 jan 3q but I think it was beginning of Feb when I actually got the phone. How do I check that

Hi @minlev! Are asking for more space on the phone itself (for more apps to install, for instance) or space to save personal files like photos and videos? The S24 does cannot have more space added to it: past smartphones let you insert SD cards to save stuff on when your phone ran out of space, but the S24 does not have this option. The only way to get more space would be to exchange your current phone for one that has more space; sadly, I think it's too late to return your current phone for a new one since you bought it several months ago.

You can have files backed up to cloud storage on a network. Samsung and Google are two companies that offer this. I'm afraid I don't know the prices off the top of my head but if you look up "Samsung cloud storage" or "Google cloud storage" you can find the info.

The worst Samsung Galaxy S24plus. I used to brag about my samsung camera with my friends, and I made the worst mistake when I bought the S24 plus in spring after I lasted 3 years with the S21plus.
