Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

I've received my 24+ 512 titanium blue on Jan 31. Lost mic in messages speech to text. Wonder why it's gone

- Did you trade in - Yes, and used student discount as well.

- Estimated delivery date: ORIGINALLY I placed the order and it said 02/14 but I canceled it due to being advised I could use my student discount and had 100.00 to use for accessories that I ignored before. After maybe 39 min. To an hour, I placed my new corrected order, and now it shows a delivery date of March 6th.


Update as of Jan. 26th. The delivery date has now been updated to 2/21. Accessories are still showing delivery dates of 3/7

UPDATE AS OF TODAY 02/01/24 it changed from pre-order to in progress and has now shipped and changed its delivery date again to 2/5!! FINALLLLLYYYYYYYYYY

Still no updates, order stuck on "In process".

Edit (2/16/24): Pickup order said to be ready by the 24th

Edit (2/18/24): Pickup order now pushed back 30 days.

Sorry I missed your post. I'm in the same boat. I ordered 1/19/24 to pick up at Galaxy store but no update

I tried calling the SES, waited on hold for 1 hr with no answer and decided to just hang up after that. Talked to a customer service representative and they had no answer for me either, couldn't even tell me what date it would be ready by. Was told that my "order is ready" and to wait for the confirmation email.

I got my s24 ultra on the 25th it shipped overnight fed ex on the 24th from Kentucky I live in Florida got it next day
