Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

I'm really having a lot of buyer's remorse over the purchase of an S24 Ultra phone. It doesn't do anything my S23 Ultra doesn't do as far as I'm concerned and a few things actually seem to be missing. Thinking hard about returning.

Thanks for your input. I'll stick with my S23u, and keep my s20u as backup. They sure do hype the 24 up, don't they?

Nope, the S24U is NOT over hyped is that people don't know how to handle the vast features and don't understand the advantages compared to S23U and I have the S23U also.

People kicking S24 with just a few days worth of use. Instead of sitting down and exploring all the amazing stuff, give it time, get used to it and then make an intelligent decision. Not just after a few days of use and because "they took" the feature you liked the most, etc etc.

The features are pretty useful if you are interested in AI enhancements. For people who just want a phone for the basics, they don't need it. It's a phone for feature lovers and so far it's fantastic

A lot of people buy these kind of beasts just to say "hey I have the latest baddest phone" but have 0 clue of the impressive things the phone can do and get caught of the meaningless things and put up a drama show because they don't see a fix. A FEW days worth of use and " they are planing to return it" I tell you, they should go back to the Motorola flip phones, the V60

I returned mine within 18 hours because swipe gestures did not work and screen was sluggish. Samsung verified when they remoted into my phone.

Keep in mind most of the AI features are due for release later this year on the S23 series. I like my s24u but I agree, not a lot of new stuff. I like the camera better this year though, they adjusted the color science more to my liking.

Then don't download the update later this year. There are still phones coming out not going all in on AI such as One plus 12
