Yes I have too even on my pixels I've been running Android 15 since April on that Pixel and waiting for it to come to my 24+. I just chatted with somebody in the app and they said they come out in patches and the first set of phones got theirs and they'll be coming to other carriers and etc. Later I'm on boost mobile well probably be one of the last since it isn't a full provider yet.
Yeah Google gets all of the updates super early one of the reasons I left Samsung for a while because they got updates a year later. We don't even have a 15 beta yet and Google is working on Android 16 beta to release early next year š¤¦š¾
You do realize that the Samsung beta relies on the Google beta to be out of beta and an actual release, right? OneUI 7.0 is a UI FOR Android 15. In computer terms, you are asking for a game that requires Windows 12 before Microsoft has even released it...
I know that Google released the beta to my Pixel for Android 15 back in March 24. They release the solid version of Android 15 months ago Samsung is just super late on it. By the time Samsung has a solid Android 15 they'll (Google) already be months into Android 16 Beta. I didn't ask for something that wasn't released it would just be nice to release them on both Google and Samsung at the same time. And not a year later
SO you state that you are not asking for something that is not released, yet you ignore the fact that Google NEEDS to have a RELEASED (NOT A BETA) version of Android 15 to give to Samsung so that they can BEGIN development of One UI? Seems to me for Google and Samsung to have this ready at the same time, Google would NEED to give up an unfinished product, which would make the entire process impossible.
FYI While it was technically "months ago" Google actually delayed the release of Android 15 until LATE October. I guess Samsung developers are supposed to work faster than is humanly possible for some people.
We also DO have a Android 15 beta for Samsung devices, I know because it is installed on my S24 Ultra.
It was released months ago they've been working on One UI since the summer where do you think the leaks come from. You think they waited until the end of October to start working on One UI the official release date of Android 15 on the pixel devices is October 15th. It was in beta from like March to Octiber its been RELEASED (NOTA BETA) version for almost 3 months.
You do realize once Google releases it every damƱ phone manufacturer that has their own skin has to make their changes, make sure it's 100% before it can be released to the consumer??
I got Android 15 I want to say October 16th or something like that 3 months ago on my Pixel 7 Pro. But still waiting on Beta for my S24+ they are just slow and behind on it.
October 16th was not even 2 MONTHS ago. The months go October, November, December. Today is December 10th, so 2 months ago was October 10th, and you did not have Android 15 on that day. By your own admition.
Pixel's are Google products, and do not have ONE UI on them. They are not slow, you need to temper your expectations into something that is possible for humans to complete. Does a movie release 2 months after it is announced that they just started filming?
