I've been reading every article for the past couple of weeks and latest has been reported that Samsung released the update to Korea and India. No release has been made to other regions yet. Hopefully today.

It was released in the US on April 10th. Then last week they had a huge bug so they paused the roll out and just released it again the end of last week

They're still working on getting it to the 24s, guess you'll have to wait. Go get a coffee and donut, enjoy life, or majorly hate life, till then. Your choice. But this is for a phone update, you sound like you'll have complaints on a warm sunny day on vacation.
