If Samsung had put more phones into the Beta program, we would all have one UI.7 right now, i'm just saying they dropped the ball with how they tested everything all to make the s25 appear to be great. In an all actuality, the s twenty four ultra is better if samsung keeps this up they're cooked

Samsung is cooked? LOL! Were they cooked after the Note 7 debacle? Were they cooked after they removed the headphone jack? Were they cooked after they removed the SD card slot? No, every major company, think Apple, think Ford, think Microsoft, think Meta, all put out duds of products, duds software, duds of hardware, or duds of updates. They all survive and they all continue to plod along.

Well, you seem to think that you know how Samsung should conduct its beta testing and the reasons for doing it the way they do. So, who is making the assumption that they know everything about Samsung?

Perhaps you should put in an employment application to be the Chief Beta Testing Coordinator.

Honestly, I've never seen people so heated about such an inconsequential matter as an update they consider to be late that is actually not late.

Right. OK what phone will you get that's better to you than Samsung? Oh and that new phone cannot have any problems with their OS, new OS updates, must have your perfect Beta handling...? So which phone? And I forgot, your carrier will play a pretty major part with the update too. Are they causing any of your issues, besides you making mountains of molehills for an update?

Where are the Security Updates? You keep leaving us hanging because your not ready for Prime Time UI 7 is not ready to release. This does not give you an excuse to neglect the updates for UI 6. You had problems in 2016 and it cost you. It could happen again. You keep pushing UI 7 further back. Now it looks like late June or early July. I am ready to dump these poorly supported devices and just use my old iphones and iPad that I switched from which are still getting updates. The last company that failed this badly was LG. We know how that ended. They left the market. Get it together before the FTC comes calling again.
