Outlook account now showing up in Manage account, can't add it

I just upgraded from an S20+ to S24+. Migrated everything with Smartswitch.

My outlook app is correctly set up with my outlook.com email address.

But, when I go to Settings - Accounts and backup - Manage accounts, my outlook.com account doesn't show up. If i try to add it, it says it is already associated with an account.

This is a problem (first, because it is weird) and second because I have the calendar widget on my home screen, and it is not showing my outlook.com email only "my phone", which is the same account, but it only shows colors/categories if outlook.com is selected - and that's how I have it on my S20.

Please let me know if this explanation doesn't make sense, I find it confusing but don't know how to better explain it.

Per reddit, Clear cache & data, when you sign back in things should be to your settings
