Galaxy S24How do you know, or how would I know where the issue resides? (Seriously, I'm not being sarcastic.) š

Galaxy S24I know accessing Outlook through other mail readers has been an issue, so I'm putting my money on it being a Microsoft issue. I gather you are having an issue either accessing Outlook mail in chrome or having chrome open links in outlook. In either case, since I've heard about other issues with Outlook, I'm thinking Microsoft got something wrong. Generally speaking, if there's an issue with two non-Samsung apps not playing nice, one can assume the fault lies with one of those apps. You said it was fine in Samsung internet, so we can rule out Samsung or the phone itself.

Galaxy S24This is not a Chrome issue.
I had our Tech working on this all morning to no avail.
I can access work Outlook email in other browsers and iPhone.
We did everything possible even tried to remove the Chrome app, but you cannot do this through samsung.
This is a Samsung issue with Chrome.
If someone from Samsung would please advise as to how to rectify this please.

Galaxy S24Put in an error report if you believe it to be a Samsung issue rather than a Chrome or Microsoft one. Heck, complain to everyone.

Galaxy S24Agreed, need to scream it from the rooftops, it's an issue no one wants to take responsibility for.

Galaxy S24To put in an error report with Samsung, go to the support tab of the members app and select "send feedback". Each of the other apps should have a contact option somewhere in the "about" section of the settings.
