Pics backup issue with "camera" folder

So I had the cameras not functioning and sent my S24 Ultra to Samsung in Texas, they swapped out the cameras but also wiped my ohine clean which was annoying.

I restored it and all my photos are there in the folder but I don't see any of the "camera" folder that I took all my pics in for years. I tried to sync it again but that's the only folder that I cannot get back. Anyone else have this issue? I hope there is a way to get them back.

No one else had this issue? Or knows how to use a file that has my messages backed up restored through smart switch?

Does Google Photos still have all your pictures? Or Microsoft OneDrive? Or Samsung Cloud? I'd try to backup from one of them if possible.

Google does but I could t see how to restore then from there?

I wonder if there's a way to "reverse sync" with your Google account?

If you go to photos.google.com on your computer, under settings you can create an archive that you can then send a link to for downloading. On your phone, go to your email and use the link to download them to your phone. Might work ...
