Galaxy S24I keep getting these pop up notification bars that do not go away when you tap them, they wont move, they time out eventually but you cant use any of the screen behind them when they are there.
All my notifications for all apps are turned off, the phone has had a complete factory reset, I have spent 2 hours on the phone with samsung today, one hour in the chat and another with them having remote access and they cant solve it either.
Can anyone here please help?

Galaxy S24Did you somehow change the accessibility settings "time to take action"? Accessibility/advanced settings. You can check that.
Does it only happen with the clipboard or any time you take an action?

Galaxy S24@Ciane If it is always notices about the Clipboard, you can turn those off in phone settings -> Security and privacy -> Addiional privacy controls. Turn off the option "Alert when clipboard accessed".
