Greetings Sammy Fam, 

When it comes to printing photos fron the phone (s24u), I'm getting the white bars on the top and bottom of a 4x6 print.

Is there a setting or resolution that the photos should be taken? IE: 4:3, Full etc.

I remember on my Note 9, it never did that and I was using portrait mode.
