Quick Settings Lag When Switching to Landscape

After switching from portrait to landscape (like when watching YouTube), the first attempt to pull down the notification or quick settings panel lags or stutters. This only happens the first time—it’s smoother afterward. I factory reset my phone, and the problem is still there. This feels like an optimization issue that wasn’t present before One UI 7.

I was considering factory resetting but glad you pointed out it didn't go away even after

Yeah I like to factory reset and set it up from scratch without restoring everything (manually) so that no bugs are potentially restored. I'll probably do it again but in the next update if it seems like they fixed everything.

It also happens with my new s25 ultra. I thought it was the customizations i did in the good lock app, but after turning off everything, it still remains.
