S24 Ultra: Unresponsive; Black Screen

Hi.

I was at the today and pluged my phone into docking station to play my workout mix and phone went to white screen displaying samsung dex and then turned black. Now it's as dead as a doornail! Won't charge , doesn't turn on. NOTHING!

Tried all combinations of holding power button with volume up , down, together etc!

Any idea out there what's going on?

If these do not work, or you are still unable to get it to respond, the unit may require service. 

You can set up the service here: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service 

OR

You can reach out to your carrier, due to this being a new device they may be able to swap it out if too much time has not passed. (most have a 15-30 day return period, just depends on the company.)
