My phone does not even recognize when any charger above a crappy low wattage charger is plugged in. This is a recent development and I'm using proper Samsung chargers that I've verified work with other devices. Samsung support has been zero help thus far.
I doubt it would automatically disable the fast charging feature, and this may not fix the issue, but try going to Settings>Battery>Charging settings>Fast charging and make sure this is still enabled.
Tried. Settings are all correct. Took it to a Samsung Authorized Repair center and they can't figure it out. They recommended a factory reset. Did not resolve.
