S24+ mutes call when answering while phone is locked or the screen times out

Ths is a bluetooth issue I believe. I keep having this issue where whenever I answer a call while the phone is locked people can't hear me. I have used buds 3 and 2 pro and even with my cars Bluetooth it doesn't woek.Once I unlock the phone then they can hear me. I have reset it my phone to factory default and still doesn't work. I have already preformed all the troubleshooting Samsung support told me to do and still nothing works. I have to restart the phone maybe like 3 times a day because once it restarts it works for a while an then it goes bad. Has anybody experienced something similar?

I don't know why that's happening for you, but an easy kludge would be to create a mode that turns on AOD during all phone calls.

I am having the same problem

I uninstalled Smartthings from my phone because somehow it controls some of the Bluetooth settings and it works better for the most part now. Every now and then it disconnects but works better. There might be another app causing the problem.
