Here are my current settings for long battery life and SOT. Hope this may give you a starting point. Then you can try changing things to see how it affects battery usage.
Ram plus. Off
Power saving. Off
Performance profile Light
Battery saver. Basic
Auto optimization On
Eye comfort. Adaptive
Adaptive color tone On
Screen mode. Natural
Resolution. FHD
Ultra wide band. Off
Wifi calling. Off
AOD. Off
If you use Power saving you would get more. If you go to power saving and hit the three dots adaptive power saving appears. Check that and it will only use power saving according to your phone use. Don't turn power saving on but use adaptive. Remember to close apps when not using as that saves battery too.
