Call forward option on S24 Ultra

I'm a little annoyed that I can't locate the supplementary option so that I can forwards calls to voicemail while I work. What happen to this option?

Should be in settings and call forward option

I think it's my carrier because there's no call forward option at all. Not even when I search it

Yes the voicemail setting is there

Yup! It's weird. The chat person is trying to find out more for me. A lot of things have changed since I last had a samsung for my primary phone. I remember when these phones has their own voicemail number. I use to give that out instead of my actual phone number

Yep... carriers often remove phone options like that.

I have it but I'm AT&T Unlocked.

Yes this is one of the many menu options that carriers can control if they are visible or not.
