Darren works in the St. Matthew BestBuy in Louisville, KY. He has helped me several times with different issues with my Samsung Galaxy phones.
I can not say enough about his help, focus, and time to explain the resolution of any issue I requested. I would wait for him if he was with another customer.

It's nice that you want to sing the praises of someone who helps you, but if Darren is a Best Buy employee and not a Samsung rep based in that Best Buy location, you are better off addressing your complements to Best Buy's management at the store.
Then your accolades would carry much more weight if you were to obtain Darren's supervisor's contact info and write a letter directly to them. That supervisor will never see your complements here, and it would have greater impact for Darren going directly to his supervisor. You can ask Darren for the info, and also tell him why. He will be happy to give you the information and it will also make his day.
