I speak both English and Spanish. My keyboard is set to recognize either language when I write, but I can't seem to do the same for voice input. In fact, eventhough I have checked all the language settings, it will only recognize English.
What can I do to have the voice input recognize either language and type or write accordingly. At least, how can I have it switch from English to Spanish and viceversa?

Yep... just press the language switch to choose the one you want to use for voice to text.

If your Language switching method is set to "Space Bar Swipe", just swipe left or right to change languages:

Great, yes, I realized I had to manually change the language using the spacebar swipe (in my case). When I type, it recognizes the language automatically, so I can switch back and forth seamlessly. I had hoped it would do the same with voice input, but no. Maybe in an upcoming system upgrade...
Thanks for your help!
