Samsung S24 not receiving iPhone messages

Why is my Samsung Galaxy S24 no longer able to receive GIFS, photos, etc from iPhone users?? There used to be no issues and every type of message was received clearly, but within the last month or so, every GIF, meme, picture, etc. sent by an iPhone user is terribly pixilated and blurry. Help!!

iphone users have a compatibility option in their photo settings. Activating this option should fix the issue. It's not us, it's them.
