The Smarttag 2 Augmented Reality feature isn't working on myS24+.

I tried uninstalling google play AR updates, then reinstalling with no luck. The green "camera is in use" icon shows up on the top right of the screen but nothing happens.

Are there any plans to get the S24 Ultra and S24+ compatible with the Smarttag 2 augmented reality/camera feature? It worked on my S21 Ultra...

Yeah the camera feature hasn't been working for months now I would suggest reporting the bug at the bottom of the Members app in the support tab

I ended up calling and opening a ticket. I will update this thread with the results.

Very disappointing that after 6+ months the new phone still doesn't work with a feature that worked with the old S21u.
