Samsung backup problems

So I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra won't run a backup when I'm connected to Wi-Fi, but it will complete the backup when using mobile data. I don't know if it's a problem with my Wi-Fi, but I'm not having any issues on YouTube or anything. I'm just really confused.

P.s Okay, update: I recently started using NordVPN with threat detection enabled. Out of curiosity, I disabled threat detection, and now the backup is working. I don't know why that would stop the backup, but it did.

In your apps list search for "Samsung". Try letting through the circled 3.

Offhand, I cannot remember whether it was @LongHiker or @GaryB82 that mentioned they use Nord, but maybe one of them can help you, but I am sure the developers can.

It's working just fine now, these 3 applications worked. The Samsung backup is working as it should. Thanks again
