Galaxy S24Searched, but only found info in S22. On every other device I've had, Samsung email has always allowed notifications on separate email accounts. The version i have on my new phone claims to allow it, but when I click to change notifications, there is no way to even change a single notification sound. I can only turn them on or off. Clicking the notification option does nothing. Clicking the individual email accounts does not allow for notification options. The beauty of this program was that I was able to differentiate between personal and work emails by notification sound. Now I am constantly checking my phone because I can't tell the difference. The program claims it is still possible, but I can not find any way to do it.

Galaxy S24Aha. Found a fix. Had done the things to activate multiple messages, but that hadn't worked. Had to restart the phone, which wasn't on any of the help options. This post can be removed. I can't seem to find a way to remove it myself.

Galaxy S24You have to enable notification categories. Settings/notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for all apps. Then you will be able to set different notification sounds for each app and for different email accounts.
To delete your post, tap the 3 dots next to the title and select delete post. Then confirm.
