Samsung notes pdf editing issue

I'm editing a PDF in Samsung Notes, but I'm unsure what the blue "A" symbol does. When I click it, I see "Change style," but nothing happens. I've tried clicking on blank areas or text boxes in the PDF to type, but nothing works, and I never see a text cursor appear.

Additionally, editing PDFs in Samsung Notes feels clunky. For example, when dragging a text box, I can't simply touch and move it anywhere—I have to grab the outer edges to drag it. Also, free typing isn't possible; the text automatically snaps to specific spots on the PDF. This often messes up the placement of text, especially when filling out forms.

You can add text to pdf , the new version of notes give you options for font selection and also draw on the image and put stickers too

While I appreciate that I can add text boxes and use other annotation features like drawing and stickers, my main issue is that I can't seem to directly type text into existing fields or blank spaces within the PDF.
Also, the text box editing feels a bit limited:
* Limited Dragging: I can only drag them by their edges, making precise positioning difficult.
* Restricted Placement: The text automatically snaps to certain locations, which hinders accurate placement, especially when filling out forms.
Have you encountered these issues, or have you found any workarounds for smoother text editing in Samsung Notes?"

If you want actually modify a PDF document, you will need an actual PDF editor, and notes ain't it.

I believe notes can make some fixes and updates and have a working pdf editor though
